This is a very informative and wonderful display! If you can, watch the documentary called Paperclips before you visit. You don't have to, but it will improve your experience. You may feel both heartbreak and gratitude as you listen to the details of this Holocaust project. There is a solemn and calm atmosphere within the walls of this exhibit.

I have watched the video, sent the DVD to many of my relatives and have loaned the video to many friends. A very well done and moving documentary. I told one of my grown sons about it today and he watched it....and loved it. Texted me several times to tell me how great it was. My husband and I went to see it in 2006. Wonderful. And the people of Whitwell are very hospitable. Rachel Fortner

I'm amazed at how much our children care about this event. It's truly heart warming

Inspiring. Beautiful poignant memorial. Must see. And must see documentary.

We came here for Tisha B'av the day of 9th Av (Jewish mourning) to commemorate the memory of all the souls. What I found to be Amazing, is this, it's in the middle of nowhere, in the mountains, South Eastern Tennessee; and not one Jewish family. I thank you Whitwell community, for teaching your children & community about the importance of Love, no matter what religion, race or color someone is. May Hashem bless you, all! From a fellow Jew :)
